Disadvantages of the 2ZR-FE engine
●Most often, car owners with such an engine complain about a progressive oil burner;
●Many are still worried about extraneous noises and knocks during the operation of the power unit;
●The pump resource rarely exceeds 50,000 km, and after 150,000 km the timing chain stretches;
●The reason for the floating engine speed is carbon deposits in the intake and on the throttle;
●Oil leaks often occur, most often from the filter and from under the timing chain cover.
