     Land Rover Range Rover Sport 1 (L320) in 2009 – 2013; Range Rover Sport 2 (L494) since 2013;
     Land Rover Range Rover Velar 1 (L560) since 2017.


    Disadvantages of the Land Rover 508PS engine

     The most famous engine problem is the stretching of the timing chains at low mileage.
     Also, the blower drive can hum pretty quickly and require replacement.
     Very rare, but valve seats fall out and the cylinder head gasket breaks.
     Don’t forget to periodically clean the throttle body and fuel injectors.
     Weaknesses also include a pump and an additional cooling fan.
