The 3.0-liter Land Rover 306PS or 30HD0D 3.0 Supercharged engine has been assembled since 2012 and is installed on such popular models of the company as the Range Rover Sport, Discovery and Velar. This V6 is basically a cut down AJ-V8 and is also known as the Jaguar AJ126.
AJ-V8 series: 306PS, 428PS, 448PN, 508PN, 508PS.

Disadvantages of the Land Rover 306PS engine
The most famous weak point of such units are timing chain tensioners;
Quite often here the blower drive fails and needs to be replaced;
Rarely, but sometimes there is a loss of valve seats and a blown cylinder head gasket;
Periodic cleaning here requires fuel injectors and throttle;
The pump and an additional cooling fan are distinguished by a modest resource.
